Hi I’m Kat – a Marketing Professional with nearly a decade of diverse sector experience. I’ve spent these years working at agencies in Accounts and Project delivery, but have recently decided to take my experience of driving growth and sales enablement through data-driven insights and try my hand at my real passion: Content Creation and Website Development.

  • Management and development of approx. 20 tools for product comms, sales enablement and customer education platforms, progressing jobs from initial scope/strategy/proposal/quotation to completion and invoicing
  • Project management of development briefs through Jira (agile & waterfall sprint management)
  • Copywriting and creation of new Product Discovery Guides for launching new models (approx 15-20  pa)
  • Line management of a team of 3 involving training, support and development & support and direction for team of Product Owners

Account Manager – White Clarke Creative  | Sept 2017 – Feb 2020

  • Main point of contact across clients, delivering projects and campaigns to B2B and B2C across Australia, South Africa and the UK. 
  • Managing finances across  client estimates, supplier purchase orders and invoices 
  • Building emails using HTML and CSS for use in B2B international e-marketing campaigns
  • Management of social media profiles and internal company website, coordinating award submissions across including producing content for company blog and social posts, optimising all for SEO.

Account Executive – JJ Marketing | Dec  2015 –Sept 2017

  • Undertake appropriate market research to gain, maintain familiarity with and keep up with changes to Clients’ products, business culture and competition to contribute to campaign planning and development activities
  • Provide overall marketing and administrative support to Account Manager across different Client campaigns and projects
  • Contribute to developing marketing campaign plans which are subsequently presented to the Client for approval or modification in adherence of strict brand guidelines.

  • Liaise with Customer and Supplier throughout order and installation process of fibre & resolve finance  queries relating to supplier bills and customer invoices
  • Maintain accurate timely and detailed records including input to the central database facility
